Both swimming pools are beach-entry (gradual entry), which is great for kids and perfect for lounging.

At the same time they are equipped with stairs to directly access the deepest areas.

The water games zone is located in a shallow area to ensure everyone can swim and bathe safely.

 

Eurocamping‘s main facilities, such as restaurant, bar and swimming-pool, are equipped with access ramps.

Eurocamping can offer a wheel-chair adapted lodging located at the Villa Premium zone.

Most of Eurocamping‘s evening shows take place on a roof terrace, which is easily accessible with a lift.

We also have specially designed sanitary cabins for guests with limited mobility.

Sadly, we cannot offer any amphibious chairs for the swimming pool at this moment.

Yes. The campsite area is totally flat, which makes it really easy for cyclists.

It is also easy to ride a bike in town on the beach boulevard to Torre Valentina, and there are different bike lanes that communicate neighbour towns.

During the high season it is forbidden to ride a bike on the beach boulevard in the evenings outside the bike lane, to ensure pedestrians’ safety.

 

The Sant Antoni and Torre Valentina beaches have smooth and granulated golden sand.

Because the sea floor has a gentle gradient, it makes it easy and safe for everyone to swim.

They are both surveyed and equipped with beach bar, children’s playground and breastfeeding area. In Torre Valentina there are amphibious chairs at disposal for people with limited mobility.

The campsite area is completely flat.

Accommodations

You can check out until up to 11 am. on the departure day. Once the accommodation is vacated, you must leave the campsite facilities.

Nevertheless, in low season you can ask the reception team the day before departure if there is a possibility for a later check-out. In low season, even if the accommodation needs to be vacated before 11 am, there is a possibility (always under request) to use the campsite facilities until 16:00h.

 

Yes.

Bed-linen can be added to your reservation when booking online. Its price is of 2€/person/night.

Xalet Confort, Xalet Confort Plus, Best Village, Villa Premium and Villa Luxe lodgings always include bed-linen and towels.

Mobile-homes Evasion, Mediterranée, Loisir and Capri include bed-linen for stays of 7 nights or more, but never towels.

Towels cannot be rented if not included in your lodging.

Yes.

All lodgings have an assigned parking slot near them.

In the case of private residential areas (Xalet Confort Plus, Best Village, Villa Premium and Villa Luxe), every lodging has a designated parking slot in the complex parking.

 

Once we receive your booking application, we will confirm the availability. In case of acceptance of your pre-booking, you will be sent an email with instructions on  how to make the down payment (40% of the total amount) (credit or debit card only)  in order to confirm the reservation.

The remaining amount and the safety deposit (100€) are to be paid via the check-in express form (credit or debit card only). You will receive it by email some days prior to your arrival.

For last-minute reservations you will be requested to pay the total invoice of your stay and the safety deposit in a single payment via the check-in express form.

Upon departure, once the accommodation has been inspected, the safety deposit will be refunded to your card. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to become available in your account, depending on the type of card or your banking institution.

When booking an accommodation online there are several extras you can add to your stay. Some of them are dedicated to the young ones in your family:

  • Crib: 3.50€/night
  • High chair: 1.50€/night
  • Bed safety rail: 2.50€/night

It is totally prohibited to install a tent next to a lodging.

It is totally prohibited to exceed the total capacity of the accommodation, even if some guests are babies or children.

The stipulated arrival time for lodgings is 5 pm.

However, guests arriving earlier will be given the choice to check in at reception, park their car and use Eurocamping facilities until their accommodation is ready.

If you intend to leave the campsite and vacate your accommodation outside office hours, the reception must be informed in advance.

You will be informed where to park your car if you plan to leave between midnight and 7:00 a.m.

The key to your accommodation should be deposited in the mailbox next to the exit barrier. Once the accommodation has been inspected, the deposit will be refunded to your card. Please note that this may take some days, depending on your bank or type of card.

 

Upon departure, guests are expected to leave lodgings clean and tidy, as they found it on arrival. Should this not be the case, a cleaning fee (€40) will be charged.

 

All accommodations, except the Mediterranée, Loisir, Evasion and Capri models, are equipped with sun loungers.

We do not offer a sun lounger rental service, and it is not permitted to use the sun loungers from other accommodations.

 

All our accommodations, with the exception of  the Standard ones (Méditerranée, Evasion, Loisir and Capri), include towels.

We do not offer a towel rental service.

Animation

Generally all our animation activities are free of charge: Euri Club, face painting, Zumba, Crossfit, aqua volley competitions, etc.

Only activities which could require special material that can be limited might be under a fee, for example the pottery workshop, or the temporal tattoos.

Once a week in high season a special activity is organised, such as water-based bouncy castles or foam party which are always free of charge.

Children who want to join the Euri Club need to be always under the supervision of an adult family member.

 

Euri Club is open everyday from mid-June until the beginning of September; fitness activities and Mini Disco are carried out through the week.

In the months of July and August the animation offer is extended: thematic parties, treasure hunts, sport events, evening shows, etc.

  • The exact dates in the months of June and September may vary, depending on the occupation.

 

We have a space specially designed for the little ones: the BabyClub, intended for children aged 0 to 3 who are not yet able to access the EuriClub. There, they will find different areas for playing, reading, colouring, arts and crafts, and much more.

Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.

In order to be able to manage the maximum capacity, some activities require prior registration through our mobile app. Available spots can be checked a few days prior the activity.

Yes. In high season there is a show or performance every evening, except on Sundays.

In general, EuriClub activities are designed for children aged 4 to 12, although this is merely a guideline and there are no age restrictions.

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations in more than 45 days before the arrival date: no cancellation fees will be charged.
  • For cancellations between 45 and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
  • For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the deposit will be retained.

We recommend to purchase a cancellation insurance to avoid possible unforeseen circumstances.

In fact, the maximum permitted stay is of 5 weeks and bookings over 28 nights will require the express authorisation from the management.

Both payments – down-payment and check-in express – are only to be paid with a credit or debit card. You will receive a link via email to issue the payment. For reservations for lodgings, the 100€ refundable deposit will be added to your last invoice.

Camping pitches

We highly recommend to inform the reception as soon as possible of any intention to extend one’s stay, or it might be too late.

During low-season period it is easier to extend a stay but in high-season availability may not permit it.

Officially, you can check in at 1 pm. on your arrival date and check out up to 12:00h noon on your departure date. Once the pitch is vacated, you must leave the campsite facilities.

Nevertheless, in low season we can be more flexible depending on availability. We recommend to inform at the reception the day before departure about the possibilities for a possible later departure.

Should you leave any later than the expected departure time, you will also be charged for the departure day as a penalty. In any case the fact of paying one more day as a result of overcoming the departure time gives right to keep the pitch or lodging for the rest of the day.

Our reservation department follows a very strict criteria in the assignation of pitches: MyPlace, early booking, customer loyalty, specific requests, etc.

Due to our high income of requests and complexity of our allocation planning it is very difficult to make changes in high season, when the campsite is full.

In low season, if availability permits it, there should be no problem.

MyPlace clients will not be allowed any changes. This service is irrevocable and non-refundable, therefore, it will not be possible to cancel it once it has been confirmed.

The maximum capacity in camping pitches is of 6 people, babies and children included.

Dogs or other domestic animals are only allowed in three areas:

  • An area in Zone A (standard pitch)
  • Another area in Zone A (confort pitch with water connection and drain)
  • An area in Zone D (confort pitch)

It is compulsory to present the animal’s vaccination records at the reception desk when checking in and pay the corresponding fee.

Dog breeds considered potentially dangerous are not allowed.

Visitors carrying pets can access the campsite but they will need to respect the areas particularly defined for this purpose, such as pitches in the dog areas and those common areas where dogs are allowed.

Dogs and any other animals are not allowed in lodgings or cabins.

The chosen zone/area will always be confirmed.

When booking online any request or preference regarding location can be specified in the comment section of the booking form. This applies to the case of standard pitches, since when booking a Confort one you can already select the zone in the first steps of your reservation and Luxe pitches are all located in zone G. For confort pitches, availability in each area will be shown independently.

Guests’ preferences will always be taken into account, but due to our high income of requests a specific number of pitch will never be confirmed unless you have hired the MyPlace service.

 

  • Standard pitches are diverse in size. They are all supplied with 5 amp. electricity.
    • Zone A: between 55 m2 and 60 m2.
    • Zone C: about 70 m2.
    • Zone F: up to 80 m2.
  • Confort pitches are about 80 m2 and are supplied with 10 amp. electricity.
  • Luxe pitches are 100 m2 and are supplied with 10 amp. electricity.

Generally, all pitches are suitable for caravans, motor-homes and tents, while the limits of the lot are not transcended.

No. It is forbidden to tie hammocks or any other cords or strings around the trees.

 

No fires may be lighted with wood or any other sort of fuel excepting gas or charcoal.

Gas barbecues or electric grills are always allowed.

The management keeps its right to prohibit the use of charcoal barbecues in days of adverse weather conditions. At wind speeds higher than 20 km per hour or on days with very low humidity, our App will announce that barbecuing is prohibited under the circumstances mentioned. If in doubt or before preparing a barbecue, it is recomendable to inquire at the reception first.

We would like to remind you that Eurocamping does not have barbecues available for rent. Moreover, only Best Village, Xalet Confort, Xalet Confort Plus, Villa Premium and Villa Luxe lodgings are provided with a barbecue. Guests not staying in these accommodations will not be allowed to take or borrow barbecues from them.

 

Generally, yes, provided that there is enough space and the plot limits are not transcended.

  • Luxe pitch: Parking on the pitch is compulsory for guests staying in Luxe pitches in Zone G.
  • Confort pitch:
    • Guests staying in zone B and D are given a slot in one of the parking areas. Choosing to park on the pitch is still a possibility but the lot boundaries can not be transcended.
    • Guests staying in zone A will need to park on the pitch.
  • Standard pitch: The car can either be parked on the pitch or in one of the free-parking areas.

It is not allowed to park your vehicle partially on the pitch blocking the street.

A specific number of pitch/accommodation can only be booked and confirmed through the MyPlace service.

The most shaded area is Zone A (pine trees). The rest of the campsite has shade of different trees: mulberry and olive trees.

Nevertheless, Eurocamping cannot guarantee shadow on the pitch even if it is in a shaded area and the customer has expressly requested it.

Yes, the minimum number of nights on a pitch is 2 nights.

Companions must be notified at the time of booking or before arrival at the campsite and no changes can be made during check-in or during the stay. They will be billed from the first contracted day to the last, regardless of whether they physically stay overnight.

It will only be allowed to add companions with shorter stays than the main stay when they will stay for at least 9 consecutive nights, are part of the same family unit and as long as it has been notified at the time of sending the booking or prior the arrival date of the mainstay at the campsite. It is not permitted to pay for 9 nights and stay for a period shorter than the number of nights paid for, and these accompanying persons must personally return their identification bracelet at reception upon departure, otherwise, their stay will be billed up to the departure date of the main booking.

It is not allowed to change companions during the stay.

Under-18s cannot enter the campsite unless they are accompanied by an adult responsible for them. Group bookings need to be previously accepted and authorized.

You will be provided with an entry wristband at the moment of your arrival, which you must wear around your wrist throughout the duration of your stay.

How to get to Eurocamping

Girona-Costa Brava is the nearest airport, only about 35 km from Eurocamping.

You can rent a car there or take a taxi..

There is not a direct bus from the airport to Sant Antoni so you will need to change buses at Girona Central Station, which could take some time. Click here for more details.

 

From Barcelona – El Prat airport there is a direct bus to Sant Antoni de Calonge (about 2:30 h.), only running in the summer season. You can also rent a car there or take a taxi.

Eurocamping is located in Sant Antoni de Calonge, about 3 km. away from Palamós.

Platja d’Aro, a well-known touristic and commercial town, is situated 4’5 km. away.

The seaside town of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, worth visiting, is about 10 km away.

Further north you will find Palafrugell (11 km.), famous for the coves and sailors’ villages of Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu.

Other points of interest:

  • Begur (19 km.): Sa Riera, Sa Tuna and Aiguafreda.
  • Pals (21 km.)
  • Peratallada
  • Palau-Sator

Girona is about 43 km. away.

Barelona is about 112km. away.

There is a bus stop just at the campsite entrance with buses taking you to the nearest towns: Palamós, Platja d’Aro, Palafrugell, Pals, Begur, Girona, etc.

If coming from Barcelona you should take exit 9 on the AP-7 and then follow the C-35 to Palamós and take exit 321 Sant Antoni de Calonge.

If driving from France, you should take the exit 7 and continue on roads C-65 and C-31 towards Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Platja d’Aro and Palamós until you reach exit 321 Sant Antoni de Calonge.

Living together

The period of silence at the site shall be from midnight to 8am. During these times, the traffic of motor vehicles in the campsite is forbidden.

Guests can to drive out of Eurocamping from 7 a.m, making sure they do not disturb other guests’ sleep.

Please bear in mind you will only be allowed to drive in after 8 a.m.

 

Yes. Throughout the campsite, there are designated recycling containers for paper, glass, and general waste.

It is not permitted to drive any type of vehicle on the campsite between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

The campsite has a designated parking area for guests who arrive or need to leave during this period. Our night security team will provide you with the necessary instructions.

From 8:00 a.m. onwards, it is permitted to enter the campsite by vehicle from outside.

Yes, but there are certain rules to ensure everybody’s safety.

Speed limits must be respected at all times.

Nighttime can be dangerous for cyclists due to the lack of lighting. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to ride a bicycle in Eurocamping from 10 pm to 7 am.

 

Yes. 

The 10 km/h speed limit must always be respected.

Nevertheless, we encourage you to use motor vehicles as little as possible in order to reduce noises and CO2 emissions and ensure pedestrians’ safety.

The period of silence at the site shall be from midnight to 8am. During these times, the traffic of motor vehicles is forbidden, with the exception of service staff and those guests who are allowed to depart from 7am.

Pets

Pets are only allowed in two specific camping areas. To camp with your pet you need to book an animal-friendly pitch in one of this areas (A standard and confort and D confort) and check the pet checkbox when booking online.

It is compulsory to present the animal’s vaccination records at the reception desk when checking in.

Pets are strictly forbidden in lodgings or pitches in any other camping area.

Dog breeds considered potentially dangerous are not allowed.

For safety reasons, it is strictly necessary to present a pet’s vaccination records in order to allow its access to Eurocamping. This needs to be signed and stamped by a certified professional and up to date.

Access will be denied to any animal whose vaccination records are not presented or not up to date.

Restaurant

Dogs are allowed on the terrace but not inside the restaurant.

Both of them are quite big so normally there is no problem to find a free table.

However, waiting time may be longer on busy weekends, holidays or high-season period.

There are special bathrooms at children height in the central sanitary block.

In Eurocamping particular attention is paid to our little guests, equipping two of our five sanitary blocks with baby baths.

Located on the second floor of the central sanitary block, they are particularly recommended for guests staying in zones A, B and C.

Most of our sanitary blocks are formed by spacious individual cabins equipped with toilet, washbasin and shower.

The train runs a route through the campsite and  ends at the promenade.

Traveling around the campsite is free of charge. If you want to go to the beach, you can purchase a ticket at the reception or directly on the train itself.

A 16-ride ticket costs €5, and it is always free of charge for children up to 9 years old.

Yes. Eurocampings provides free WiFi for one device per pitch/accommodation.

In case of needing an additional connection you can buy our Premium WiFi at the reception desk.

Chalets Comfort Plus, Best Village, Villa Premium, Villa Premium Plus and Villa Luxe are equipped with Private WiFi access for many devices for free.

No. Due to Eurocamping‘s in-town location there are many shopping possibilities nearby. In fact,  there are three big supermarkets on the same street, one of them just by Eurocamping‘s entrance.

Eurocamping does have a bakery where you can find fresh bread and pastries along with other basic products.

Sadly, Eurocamping can not offer this service directly. Nevertheless, our reception staff will kindly help you find a bike rental service nearby. The companies that work with us usually offer delivery and pickup service.

 

Eurocamping does not provide a barbecue rental service nor a communal barbecue area, so guests will need to bring their own barbecue.

Gas or electric barbecues are allowed at any time. Charcoal barbecues may only be used when wind speeds do not exceed 20 km/h and humidity levels are not very low. Before barbecuing, we recommend checking at reception or consulting the camping App.

All accommodations, except the Standard types (Méditerranée, Loisir, Évasion, and Capri), have their own barbecue. We do not provide barbecue rentals, and it is not permitted to use the barbecue from another accommodation.

At this moment Eurocamping does not have any heated pool.

The Central Pool and Euri Splash water park are open throughout all the season.

The Wellness Pool generally opens on mid-June and closes on August 30th.

Please be aware this might change depending on the campsite’s occupation.

In high season, both two pools and Euri Splash are open from 10 AM to 8 PM

In low season, the Central Pool and Euri Splash are open from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

The pools belonging to the accommodations in the private complexes are open from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

To maintain swimming pool areas clean, it is totally forbidden to eat or to bring food or drinks within their limits.

It is possible to order a drink at the pool bar, which, for safety, will be served in a plastic cup.

For safety and courtesy reasons, the use of balls, recreational inflatables, and any other objects that may disturb other swimmers or, in the judgment of the lifeguards, pose a risk or inconvenience in the pools is prohibited.

Only inflatable armbands and anti-tip flotation devices specifically designed for babies are allowed.

The Euri Splash aqua park is designed for children from 4 to 12 years old. Nevertheless, there are no age-limitations to use it.

The minimum height to access Euri Splash is of 0.80 m. since the maximum depth is of 0.40 m.

It is advisable that children under 8 years old are always supervised by an adult.

The minimum height for the Aqua Splash Mountain is 1.20m.

It is totally forbidden to bathe in the swimming pool with a regular T-shirt on.

In cases in which it is necessary, it will be allowed to swim with clothes specially designed for this purpose (swimsuit-like fabric).

All our pools are beach-entry and have a soft and gradual slope.

The Wellness Pool deepest area is 1.55 m. and the Central pool’s 1.60 m.

Both pools have a children area with water games with a 0.35 m. depth.

Visitors

Yes.

It is strictly necessary for the visitors to access Eurocamping to have the the express consent of guests. Therefore, guests must always welcome their visitors at the reception at their arrival.

Visits are not allowed during the high season (period: 11/7-22/8) because of the capacity of the campsite.

All persons not included in the main stay will be treated as visitors.

Visits are only allowed outside of the previous mentioned period to guests staying at the campsite.

The bookings holder has to receive his visitors upon arrival at the reception and ensure that they are duly registered. An official identity document must be provided for each person and the corresponding visitor fee must be paid upon registration.

Visitors must always wear the identification wristband and hand it back at departure.

Visitors are allowed to stay over for the night, always taking into account the maximum occupancy of the pitch/accommodation.

In order to ensure our guests’ tranquillity, we would like to remind you that the facilities of the accommodations in private complexes with pool, are exclusively for our guests staying in these accommodations . Therefore, other guests or visitors who exceed the maximum capacity of the  accommodation are not allowed to access or use these facilities. For the same reason, only guests staying in these areas and private accommodations are allowed to access.

All persons not included in the main stay will be treated as visitors. Therefore, any person not staying for the whole period will be considered a visitor.

Friends and family staying in one’s pitch for a limited period, even if the maximum capacity is not exceeded, will be charged with the visitor fee upon registration.

Visitors carrying pets can access the campsite but they will need to respect the areas particularly defined for this purpose, such as pitches in the dog areas and those common areas where dogs are allowed.

It is compulsory to present the animal’s vaccination records at the reception desk when checking in and pay the corresponding fee.

Dog breeds considered potentially dangerous are not allowed.

Visitors who wish to use and park their car in Eurocamping need to register it and pay the corresponding fee at the reception desk.

It is compulsory for everyone to register at the reception desk with a valid official document: ID card or passport.

Any other document will be considered invalid and thus, will not allow access to the facilities.

Visits are not allowed during the high season because of the capacity of the campsite.

Accommodations: Co-travellers/extra persons may be added during the stay without exceeding the maximum capacity of the accommodation. No change of companions is allowed during the stay.

Pitches: Co-travellers can be added before or at the time of check-in at reception without exceeding the maximum capacity (6).
