From Eurocamping’s entrance to the beach boulevard there are about 300 m. in a straight line.

Both swimming pools are beach-entry (gradual entry), which is great for kids and perfect for lounging.

At the same time they are equipped with stairs to directly access the deepest areas.

The water games zone is located in a shallow area to ensure everyone can swim and bathe safely.

Eurocamping’s main facilities, such as restaurant, bar and swimming-pool, are equipped with access ramps.

Most of Eurocamping’s evening shows take place on a roof terrace, which is easily accessible with a lift.

We also have specially designed sanitary cabins for guests with limited mobility.

Sadly, Eurcamping cannot offer any wheel-chair adapted lodging or amphibious chairs at this moment.

The campsite area is totally flat, which makes it really easy for cyclists.

It is also easy to ride a bike in town, but there is no bike lane.

During the high season it is forbidden to ride a bike on the beach boulevard in the evenings, to ensure pedestrians’ safety.

The Sant Antoni and Torre Valentina beaches have smooth and granulated golden sand.

Because the sea floor has a gentle gradient, it makes it easy and safe for everyone to swim.

They are both surveyed and equipped with beach bar, children’s playground and with amphibious chairs at disposal.

Accommodations

Officially, you can check out up to 10 a.m. on the departure day. Nevertheless, in low season we can be more flexible depending on availability.

We highly recommend to ask the reception staff on the previous day.

In low season, even if the accommodation needs to be vacated before 10 a.m. guests are allowed to use Eurocamping facilities up to 4 p.m.

Yes.

Bed-linen can be added to your reservation when booking online. Its price is of 2€/person/night.

Xalet Confort, Xalet Confort Plus and Best Village lodgings always include bed-linen and towels.

Mobile-homes Evasion, Mediterranée, Loisir and Capri include bed-linen for stays of 7 nights or more, but never towels.

Bungalow Basic does not include bed-linen nor towels.

Towels can not be rented if not included in your lodging.

Yes.

All lodgings have an assigned parking slot next to them.

In the case of private residential areas (Xalet Confort Plus and Best Village), every lodging has a designated parking slot in the complex parking.

Upon departure, guests are expected to leave lodgings clean and tidy, as they found it on arrival. Should this not be the case, a cleaning fee (€40) will be charged.

For lodgings, we ask that they are paid when checking in, except for those stays in the months of July and August, which need to be paid off a month previous to the arrival. We will contact you when the moment arrives.

The following payment methods are accepted: cash, credit card and debit card (Visa, Maestro).

 

It is compulsory to pay a security deposit of 100€ in case of damages. The following payment methods are accepted: cash or credit card.

Cash: the amount will be refunded when checking out, after revising the accommodation.

Credit card: The amount is charged on your credit card and will be refunded at departure, after revising the accommodation. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to become available in your account, depending on the type of card or your banking institution.

When booking online there are several extras you can add to your stay. One of them is the baby pack, consisting of a crib and a high chair.

Only Xalet Confort, Xalet Confort Plus and Best Village are equipped with barbecue.

Generally, bed-linen is changed every 7 days, only for stays of 14 nights or more.

Guests’ staying in Xalet Confort, Xalet Confort Plus and Best Village will have their bed-linen changed at the middle of their stay, even if staying less than 14 nights.

All our accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, with the exception of Bungalow Basic.

Bed-linen is provided to all our lodgings with the exception of Bungalow Basic, for stays of 7 nights or more.

Xalet Confort, Xalet Confort Plus and Best Village are always provided with bed-linen and towels, even for stays less than 7 nights long.

It is totally prohibited to install a tent next to any lodging.

It is totally prohibited to exceed the total capacity of the accommodation, even if some guests are babies or children.

The stipulated arrival time for lodgings is 5 pm.

However, guests arriving earlier will be given the choice to check in at reception, park their car and use Eurocamping facilities even if their accommodation is not ready.

Animation

Yes.

Generally all our animation activities are free of charge: Euri Club, face painting, Zumba, Crossfit, aquavolley competitions, etc.

Once a week in high season a special activity is organised, such as water-based bouncy castles, foam party or temporal tattoos, which are always free of charge.

Only activities which require material that can be limited might be under a fee, for example the pottery workshop.

In low season there’s an animation employee during the weekends.

Euri Club is open everyday from mid-June until mid-September; and fitness activities and Mini Disco are carried out through the week.

In the months of July and Agust the animation offer is extended: thematic parties, treasure hunts, sports events, evening shows, etc.

 

Eurocamping has a room specially designed for toddlers and children under 4 who are too young to join the Euri Club: the Baby Club. It is full of games, toys, books and colouring pages!

Children who want to join the Baby Club need to be always under the supervision of an adult family member.

If an activity requires a previous enrolment due to capacity our animation team will inform you beforehand. You can always find more details about the activities on the information panels.

 

 

Yes.

In high season there are shows every evening except on Sunday.

Euri Club’s activities are designed for children from 4 to 12 years old. However, this is merely illustrative and there are no age restrictions when it comes to participating.

CANCELLATION TERMS

  • If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date: no
    cancellation costs.
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the
    deposit.
  • If the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days before the arrival date: 100% of the
    deposit.

In case of cancellation, the reservation administrative costs (100€) are always nonrefundable.

Eurocamping does not offer a special price for all-summer or long-period stays. In fact, the maximum permitted stay is of 6 weeks.

Please bear in mind that a pitch or lodging can never be left unoccupied, there must always be at least one adult at the campsite.

Yes. Credit and debit cards are both accepted for the payment of stays.

Please take into account that for other services or extras we may accept cash only.

For camping pitches, the total amount of the stay needs to be paid off on the day previous to the departure.

For lodgings, we ask that they are paid when checking in, except for those stays in the months of July and August, which need to be paid off a month previous to the arrival. We will contact you when the moment arrives.

Eurocamping asks for a down-payment of 40% of the total amount for every reservation.

On a maximum of two working days from the moment you effect your booking you will receive an email with the instructions. You will then have one week to proceed with the payment in order to guarantee your booking. It can be paid with a credit or debit card or bank transfer.

Please, make sure you read carefully the booking conditions before completing your reservation.

Any changes associated to a reservation must be notified in writing: info@euro-camping.com

No changes in departure or arrival date will be accepted during the 7 days previous to the arrival. All modifications related to arrival and departure dates will be taken as a request and considered as a new booking and, will be thus, subject to availability. From 15th May onward the second modification of an existing reservation, as well as any others that may take place, will have an extra administrative fee of 10€ each.

Camping pitches

We highly recommend to inform the reception of any intention to extend one’s stay as soon as possible, or it might be too late.

During low-season period it is easier to extend a stay but in high-season availability may not permit it.

Officially, you can check in at 1 p.m. on your arrival date and check out up to noon on your departure date.

Nevertheless, in low season we can be more flexible depending on availability.

We highly recommend to ask the reception staff on the previous day.

Should you leave any later than the expected departure time, you will also be charged for the departure day. In any case the fact of paying one more day as a result of overcoming the departure time gives right to keep the pitch or lodging for the rest of the day.

Our reservation department follows a very strict criteria in the assignation of pitches: early booking, years as a client, specific requests, etc.

Due to our high income of requests and complexity of our allocation planning it is very difficult to make changes in high season, when the campsite is full.

In low season, if availability permits it, there should be no problem.

The maximum capacity in camping pitches is of 6 people, babies included.

Eurocamping cannot confirm a pitch number before the moment of arrival.

Generally, the external services companies contact our offices and are given the delivery instructions so you do not have to worry about anything.

Visitors carrying pets can access the campsite but they will need to respect the areas particularly defined for this purpose, such as pitches in the dog areas and those common areas where dogs are allowed.

It is not possible to book a camping pitch or accommodation for the whole season nor for the spring months.

The maximum permitted stay is of 6 weeks, needing the Management’s express approval for stays over 28 nights.

Please, be aware that there must always be at least one person registered through your stay.

This applies to the case of standard pitches, since when booking a confort one you can already select the zone in the first steps of your reservation. For confort pitches, availability in each area will be shown independently.

There must be at least one person on the site at all times.

  • Standard pitches are diverse in size. They are all supplied with 5 amp. electricity.
    • Zone A: between 55 m2 and 60 m2.
    • Zone C: about 70 m2.
    • Zone F: up to 80 m2.
  • Confort pitches are about 80 m2 and are supplied with 10 amp. electricity.
  • Luxe pitches are 100 m2 and are supplied with 10 amp. electricity.

Generally, are pitches are suitable for caravans, motor-homes and tents, while the limits of the lot are not transcended.

It is forbidden to tie hammocks or any other cords or strings around the trees.

No fires may be lighted with wood or any other sort of fuel excepting gas or charcoal.

Gas barbecues or grills are always allowed.

The Management keeps its right to prohibit the use of charcoal barbecues in days of adverse weather conditions. Before lighting a barbecue, always make sure no temporary prohibition signs are present (wind gusts of over 25km/h or/and on days of low humidity).

Generally, yes, provided that there is enough space and the plot limits are not transcended.

The most shaded area is Zone A (pine trees). The rest of the campsite has shade of different trees: mulberries and olive trees.

Nevertheless, Eurocamping cannot guarantee shadow on the pitch even if it is in a shaded area and the customer has expressly requested it.

Under-18s cannot enter the Campsite unlIess they are accompanied by an adult responsible for them. Group bookings need to be previously accepted and authorized.

Yes.

You will be provided with an entry wristband at the moment of your arrival, which you must wear around your wrist throughout the duration of your stay.

How to get to Eurocamping

Girona-Costa Brava is the nearest airport, only about 35 km from Eurocamping.

You can rent a car there or take a taxi, which should cost about 60€.

There is not a direct bus from the airport to Sant Antoni so you will need to change buses at Girona Central Station, which could take some time. Click here for more details.

 

From Barcelona – El Prat airport there is a direct bus to Sant Antoni de Calonge (about 2:30 h.), only running in the summer season. You can also rent a car there or take a taxi, which should cost about 180€.

Eurocamping is located in Sant Antoni de Calonge, about 3 km. away from Palamós.

Platja d’Aro, a well-known touristic and commercial town, is situated 4’5 km. away.

The seaside town of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, worth visiting, is about 10 km away.

Further north you will find Palafrugell (11 km.), famous for the coves and sailors’ villages of Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu.

Other points of interest:

  • Begur (19 km.): Sa Riera, Sa Tuna and Aiguafreda.
  • Pals (21 km.)
  • Peratallada
  • Palau-Sator

Girona is about 43 km. away.

There is a bus stop just at the campsite entrance with buses taking you to the nearest towns: Palamós, Platja d’Aro, Palafrugell, Pals, Begur, Girona, etc.

Living together

Guests can to drive out of Eurocamping from 7 a.m, making sure they do not disturb other guests’ sleep.

Please bear in mind you will only be allowed to drive in after 8 a.m.

 

Yes.

Eurocamping’s is focused on the particular care for the environment and an eco-sustainable development. For that reason, we provide differentiated containers throughout the campsite: paper, glass, plastic packaging and waste; in order to recycle them.

From midnight to 8 a.m. traffic of motor vehicles in the campsite is forbidden.

.In the case of those guests wanting to enter the Campsite after midnight, a carpark area outside the camping precinct will be provided. Eurocamping’s night staff will be happy to help and lead you to your assigned spot.

Yes, but there are certain rules to ensure everybody’s safety.

Speed limits must be respected at all times.

Nighttime can be dangerous for cyclists due to the lack of lighting. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to ride a bicycle in Eurocamping from 10 p.m to 7 a.m.

 

Yes. 

The 10 km/h speed limit must always be respected.

Nevertheless, we encourage you to use motor vehicles as little as possible in order to reduce noises and cCO2 emissions and ensure pedestrians’ safety.

Pets

Pets are only allowed in two specific camping areas. To camp with your pet you need to book a pitch in one of this areas (A and D) and check the pet checkbox when booking online.

It is compulsory to present the animal’s vaccination records at the reception desk when checking in.

Pets are strictly forbidden in lodgings or pitches in any other camping area.

Dog breeds considered potentially dangerous are not allowed.

Moreover, our regular menu and dish of the day include vegetarian alternatives.

There are special bathrooms at children’s height in the central sanitary block.

In Eurocamping particular attention is paid to our little guests, equipping two of our five sanitary blocks with baby baths.

Most of our sanitary blocks are formed by spacious individual cabins equipped with toilet, washbasin and shower.

The little train is free of charge when moving inside Eurocamping.

A train-card is required when going to the beach. The train-card includes 16 rides an costs 5€.

Yes. Eurocampings provides free wi-fi for one device per each pitch/accommodation.

In case of needing an additional connection you can buy our Premium Wi-fi at the reception desk.

Xalets Confort Plus and Best Village are equipped with Private Wi-Fi access for many devices for free.

Yes. There is a carwash by the entrance to the parking area on zone D. It is a free of charge service.

Eurocamping does not offer this service directly.

Our reception staff will kindly help you and provide you with different companies’ contact. These offer delivery and pick up of fridges in the campsite.

No, unfortunately we can not offer this service. Nevertheless, our reception staff will kindly help you to arrange a taxi service or give you information about public transport.

No. Unfortunately we do not offer this service. Nevertheless, there are several beauty saloons at a stone’s throw from Eurocamping.

No. Due to Eurocamping’s in-town location there are many shopping possibilities nearby. In fact,  there are three big supermarkets on the same street, one of them just by Eurocamping’s entrance.

Eurocamping does have a bakery where you can find fresh bread and pastries along with other basic products.

Sadly, Eurocamping can not offer this service directly. Nevertheless, our reception staff will kindly help you find a bike rental service nearby. The companies that work with us usually offer delivery and pickup service.

 

Swimming pools

In high season, both two pools and Euri Splash are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In low season, the Central Pool and Euri Splash are open prom 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The swimming pools in private complexes Xalets Confort Plus and Best Village are open from 10 a.m to 7 p.m.

Euri Splash aqua park is designed for children from 4 to 12 years old. Nevertheless, there are no age-limitations to use it.

The minimum height to access Euri Splash is of 0.80 m. since the maximum depth is of 0.40 m.

It is advisable that children under 8 years old are always supervised by an adult.

Visitors

Yes.

It is strictly necessary for the visitors to access Eurocamping to have the the express consent of guests. Therefore, guests must always welcome their visitors at the reception at their arrival.

Visitors will only be allowed if invited by a camping guest. Guests will need to welcome their visitors in the reception upon their arrival and ensure that they are duly registered. An official identity document must be provided for each person and the corresponding visitor fee shall be paid upon registration.
Visitors will be able to enjoy Eurocamping facilities until 6 pm. on the following day, only when the maximum capacity of the pitch / accommodation allows it.

Visitors must always wear the identification wristband and hand it back at their departure.

All persons not included in the main stay will be treated as visitors. Therefore, any person not staying for the whole period will be considered a visitor.

Friends and family staying in one’s pitch for a limited period, even if the maximum capacity is not exceeded, will be charged with the visitor fee.

People who express a sincere interest in booking with us in the future will be allowed in Eurocamping for a maximum of one hour, after presenting an official identity document and filling in a registration form.

After registering and paying the corresponding visitor fee at the reception desk, visitors will be able to enjoy Eurocamping facilities until 6 pm. on the following day, only when the maximum capacity of the pitch / accommodation allows it.

The normal guest rate will be applied to those visitors staying four consecutive nights or more.
